Installing DF hack. Hard mode: No internet and an XP.

Ok. So  I tried to install DF Hack a few time and there is a problem. I can't install the latest .NET Framework.

The latest offline pack says it might be incompatible with XP and needs the internet to solve this which leads to another problem: No internet. Any work arounds?

DFHack doesn't require the .NET Framework, so I can only assume that said dependency is coming from some starter pack.

The same way I am, from a computer that has internet (likely a friends or a public one, which really sucks let me tell you)

About .net: DFHack does not require .net, but several launchers do, either do not use the launcher, or find a offline .net installer (which may require some searching...)
