Okay, so before I put them Into a house, let's take a look at our heroes, shall we?

Gentleman Raptor:

A young red-haired man in his early twenties. Can be kind of an asshole, but only sometimes.

Birdy51:

An artist by trade, Bird is a dramatic man with dreams of becoming a professional actor.

Zanzetkuken:

Zanzetkuken can be shy around people who he doesn't know, but he enjoys being around close friends.

A gentlemanly man who never takes off his top hat. Oh yeah, he's also a friendly person with an interest in music.

MaximumZero:

A former cagefighter who is also an avid guitarist. Yes, I know the real MZ isn't an athlete anymore, I just made him like this to spice things up.

Changes I would make to personality: swap slob for perfectionist, and lucky for hotheaded. If you have world adventures, swap lucky for disciplined instead.

Also, Zanz's personality as you described it is a dead ringer for a Nightlife trait, Shy. They even get a bonus for being among friends, and a malus for crowds of strangers.
