Mesozoica is a dinosaur theme park simulation game currently in development and aims to be the spiritual successor of Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. So far I'm impressed by their tech demo and have backed them up on Kickstarter ($25 is the lowest level).

Note that the game has been compared with similar game in development, Prehistoric Kingdom (PK). PK aims for realism, whereas Mesozoica aims for customisation (you can change the 'skins' of your dinosaurs, for example). Here's the only comparison video I could find:
