I'm only finding tetrahedrite and galena where I'm at.

I guess I'll be focusing on hammers then...

Also, there seems to be a tie on the hero/demigod thing

I guess the OP needs to lock the poll after the tie's broken.

Not sure if dying of old age is an honor or a shame for weaponmasters. On the one hand, it means they never got the opportunity to die in glorious battle. On the other hand, it means nothing could beat them in glorious battle.

Just to clear up any confusion if any was there, my turn ends on the 17th, Thursday.

I may or may not have the save up by then.

Two whole years, in that crundle-infested, madness-ridden, miasma-spewing hell-hole of a fortress, just to forge some armor and breach all 3 cavern levels...

Time to continue on to adventurer mode!

(Gonna make a demi-god because hero and demi-god are tied.)

My name is "Nish Dikecharm."

I mainly just ran about, killed a minotaur, fell out of a tree, found my fortress, grabbed my gear, and ran back to a town. I never got out of the confines of the fortress.

Well, on the way to the fortress, I was ambushed by dingoes and had to learn how to fight in 40.13... They were no match for my silver battle axe!

Well, at my fortress, I go into the caverns for a swim, and am drowned by a fucking giant olm.

If anyone can find the fortress and my corpse, I have a full set of adamantium gear, along with an axe.

I feel so disappointed in my self, I expected myself to make people train for the whole week just to get a scratch on me, but I end up drowned by a fucking Giant Olm! (Will post save tomorrow.)

sounds like a worthy quest to prove yourself the next king, since there's no one standing for you to kill

Be wary, as my corpse lies next to a captain of the guard in a cage, both submerged in water.

I never appointed a guard, or even had a mayor to appoint one.

Fortunately, caged dwarves and creatures don't STAY caged once you abandon/retire a site.  They pop back into the general population once again.  (Of course, that means the olm man that did you mischief might also be anywhere in that site too, the next time someone visits it.)

I never had any caged dwarves, or any dwarves that would cage them, or even anyone to hire that captain.

weird.

Anyway, here you go, Ceraptor!

No problem, by the way.

And I didn't die yet, :P

Enjoy day one of the life of Keje Takru, hero of the Kingdom of Organs!

Not too bad for playing adventurer mode for the first time.
Well, first if we don't count DFFS.

Also, first time posting an album to imgur, too, so alert me if it's not visible.
