The over lview has been updated. Anyone want to add, remove, or change anything? It would be nice to resolve as many proposals as possible by the tick (4 hours from now) to prevent the council from turning into a katamari of unvoted proposals.

Remember that you can propose changes to how the council works, e.g. autokill old unresolved proposals after some time based on participation.

A sapient, jumper, invulnerable, immortal, ENHANCED, unique avatar: 25-26 (‼)
I guess you could remove unique (removing a "copyright" of some sort) to reduce the cost to 12-13. Uniqueness also grants some measure of plot armor, but I guess the Angel of Arms can make do with invulnerability and immortality.

Calculating the proposal costs will take some time. Also, I have a bit of a problem with understatement.

Sapience in this game is (mechanically speaking) the trait that allows a creation to worship and recognize divine authority. Mixing it with mind control does not tend to work very well. Sentience is (mechanically speaking) the trait that allows a creation to feel anything at all (e.g. fear, pain, pleasure, hunger) and react accordingly without necessarily being able to reason about choice of god. Sentience is significantly cheaper than sapience. Sapience includes sentience by necessity.

If you do not support or oppose a proposal, you enter the pool for whatever outcome occurs. This is for polarizing the vote to reduce apathy, but you can always try to propose something to modify it to pool only from supporters if you want.

2 Essence (and you can probably get away with doing it without the council, although the council can make it cheaper).

(Personalize, except for some reason, I started typing that in at some point while writing just after Tick 02 and kept doing it. Is it causing trouble?)
