M.O.R.E. - 4x turn based space strategy
« on: September 23, 2014, 10:58:05 am »

I think that some of  Bat 12 Games Forum Members, may be interested in our 4x turn based space strategy game - M.O.R.E. We develop it for almost 2 years, preparing to relase our first playable pre-alpha version. Despite the fact that we are not a big team, we try to create a revolutionary game. Right now we are conducting our kickstarter campaign to raise budget of our production. You can check our short (4 minutes) video presentation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWIAcxsAPPM
or the first of eight in the series of videos with gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kXlCzJUDmM
Next videos will be released in the next weekends.

For more information, I invite you to visit our project website on kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1447560584/more-of-more
We have now, over 35% of our goal and we still have 47 more days to go, but we still need your support! The more we can raise our  budget, the better game we will be able to create.

If you have any questions about our project, you are welcome to ask us any question here.

Why do you need a second kickstarter?

Hello,

Because we want to maintain high level of our production. For example now, we see that our diplomatic rooms needs more live.. but it demand more work from our grapnic designer and after effect specialist.
We have 20x smaller budget that for example endless space, yet we create bigger and more ambitious game.  We are also thinking about going to steam etc, but we want to be there with at least stable and tested alpha version of our game.

We didn't plan working so long at M.O.R.E. , but if we are going to create a trully Master of Orion Successor, we need time to develop it.

Thread hasn't been nuked yet? Pretty sure the Toad doesn't support shameless plug threads like this.

It's on the borderline, but I think this qualifies as a legitimate thread for discussion of the game.
