Well first, before you go about making such a mod, you need to get your facts straight about the birds and the bees:

1) Dwarves reproduce by passive spores, so there's not really very much for you to do reproductively or sexually in adventure mode. You're already having sex all the time just by walking around absorbing spores or transmitting them.
2) It would be 12+ mod, since that is when dwarves suddenly become fully responsible adults overnight.
3) It's not a mod about "porn", it's a mod about "primary industry for the Dwarven Daycare system".

Somehow, that makes it seem worse.

Infant-necro! Five days old, anyway, but this is the thread I need, because relevance and forum pollution.. So.. I've made a dwarven language that consists of the best crude/offensive/foul words I could scour up, aided by powerful non-crude words (canoe, yogurt, salami, and many more..)..

.. I'm still a little shocked because I just opened the language file in Notepad++ to see how many words it was in total, since it took me four days of disturbingly deep net-trolling and quite a bit of creative thinking to complete, and was stunned to see that it was 2,173 words..

Did I seriously just hunt down over 2000 words that either aid or imply some form of crudity, sexual innuendo or otherwise 'gross' subject matter? I think I did!

Here's the entire list, aided with a screenshot to give you an overall idea of the potential:

Anyway, I did all I could to avoid racial and overly religious words, though I'm sure it can make some questionable sounding combos.. For "real profanity" I've mostly just got

and then some uncomfortable medical terms like anus and anal, bahahahaha.. I'm proud of it, overall.. There were times when half an hour of searching would only turn up one or two new words, and moments when I could look inward and find new words on my own from time to time.. I used search results for 'cheese-making glossary', 'mixed martial arts terms', Urban Dictionary, 'list of transportation', 'innuendo animals', and a lot more.. I honestly didn't think I'd finish it :>

Opinions?! Too spicy for general DF, or for me to post it as a finished mod (with appropriate 'NSFW'! warning in the title)? The thread for funny names is pretty popular and this does guarantee success, and Toady does have some questionable words in vanilla as it is (I turned to his list to add to my list a couple times! Just that virgin and virginity are in there adds loads of awkward combos)

EDIT: I read my list up to 145 before I realized just how offensive it could be, bahaha..  I do have a line I don't want to cross, even when trying for maximum offense-level.. The potential is terrifying and unlimited ;) I'm wondering if I should edit out the "real" profanity, since there is very little of it compared to the entire list.. Also, feel free to try it out, if you want :>

Imo you should mix it dwarven language and tone it down to technically pg13.  the best jokes are subtle.  The human religious leaders have mastered it.

Actually, Dwarves are unlike animals in that their spores only effect the dwarf they have married.

So it would really be more of a marriage mod - you talk to someone a bunch, you marry, and then your spores work on that person and that person only  for the rest of your life.    (I really wish remarriage options would work.)

I wonder if syndromes can induce pregnancy.  I think not.  It would be a fun forgotten beast, though...

I have so many things to say here, [grammarnerding]like I am amazed that you can use 'their spores only effect the dwarf' or 'their spores only affect the dwarf' and it still works pretty well, though technically the first one would make more sense as "only effect the pregnancy of the dwarf they have married"... Second, oh my bloodgod, the language files... I do not think I should play with that since I've already got a fort named Drillvirgin, The Glorious Volcano-Slit of Joy with just the native language options.

Third, there are already thongs, I generally atomsmash them after allowing dorfs to grab the socks and stuff from the elf merchants I kill... I can't abide the thought of them wearing elf thongs... OH GOD WHY DID I THINK ABOUT IT AGAIN, ARGH!

There was, and maybe still is, a dfhack script which induces pregnancy, and dfhack scripts can apparently be called by use of syndromes or interactions. So that could work.
However, doing it without the use of dfhack leaves much to be desired. You can use a transformation syndrome/interaction which turns them into a creature with a body part made of a material that dissolves (don't give that tissue blood vessels or make it from something like fire or your creature will die rather than "give birth"). If there is a grasping body part connected to that part which dissolves, then that grasp part will pop off (rather explosively) afterwards and can be resurrected or reanimated. The reanimation will need to include a transformation into the creature you want to be born, or a quick-acting bogus one (transform them into a dog for 1 tick). After transforming back, the reanimated body part will instead be a complete creature of the original species of the "parent"

Problem is the zombie/whatever spawned will never really be treated like a normal living person/living creature in terms of naming conventions (will always be referred to as [parent]'s [body part] as its species/race/caste name) and won't immediately have a personal name or historical significance. It also won't have relationships any relationships with people, entities, or sites. By excluding NOT_LIVING, CRAZED and OPPOSED_TO_LIFE from the add tags syndrome effect if you use one at all, they won't be hostile to anything but wild animals. However, the lack of any relationships will mean that if they are an adventurer's companion or wandering about your fort or whatever, they won't feel any reason to help you during a fight.

Still, you can make them "give birth" to horrible little chest bursting monsters or whatever.

I used this technique to allow summoners in my spellcrafts mod to conjure up creatures to serve them. Its kinda buggy, but I want to avoid using dfhack anyway. I can't clearly recall whom I got the idea from, but my gut tells me it was one of Putnam's mods. Definitely not my own idea, though.

Syndromes can't do anything that isn't on this page.
A modder could set up a syndrome-trigger that calls a DFHack script, so the syndrome itself doesn't accomplish pregnancy, but the script might be able to.
