1.  Pretty much.

2.  The only thing is the Crannog-turned-fort that is a bit of a mini-megaproject, but if you ignore it, I doubt anyone will mind.

I was remembering this for months after and wondering if TDS has had the anxiety I felt [given that I couldn't upload the turn in the span of 2 weeks...because of the slooooow FPS of the game and me being busy in such 2 weeks. x_x]
