Yeah, I'm not going to make it today, or for the next few days, but things should be back to bug-fixing normal before too long.

I think the next one will break save compatibility, but I don't care.

No, sorry.  https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=convert+1+acre+to+square+meters says 1 acre is 4046.86 square meters.

You're probably thinking of the are.

40.13 has been fun to play in fortress mode.  The only bug fix mod that I have installed is the plant one which makes the surface crops you find in the wild to be useful in fortress mode.

The main issue that concerns me for long-term play in a single world is how often entire civilizations are wiped out in the space of a single year.  Otherwise know as (I think) the "attacker always wins" bug.  That means you can quickly go from half a dozen civs of each race down to zero or one as all of their sites are wiped out by the aggressor.

I suspect that the next release will be mind-blowingly epic.

Especially with the improved dwarven emotions.

Probably due to the fact that I just love "farming" type Sims (I thank Harvest Moon for this love  ;) ), I'm looking the most forward to the fruits, personally. I'm sure the emotions will make things...interesting. *hides from Dwarves*
