Dwarves seem to feel a lot of pleasure now.

Well are spores pheromones now?  :o  Dwarven steroids are extreme

Thats . . . interesting to note.  Really brings up how odd the dwarven mind is, to evaluate itself in terms of how much pleasure it felt where.  At leas the colors are easy to distinguish and get a general feeling for.

They can also be quite angry.



Every single dwarf in my fortress got these vengeful thoughts when one of my blacksmiths got attacked by a honey badger. The thoughts then disappeared a minute or so after the badger had died.

Interestingly, some dwarves also had "Why should I help?" thoughts.

I'm seeing several who are 'interested' near all the assorted furniture.  But 'blissful' after sleeping in a great bedroom.  And the mason who made my first artifact found it 'very satisfying'.

Actually would be an interesting mechanic.  A kind of limiter on cheese.  Energy pent up?

He has a bad sense of empathy and is constantly thinking about how he doesn't feel anything when he watches monkeys die. Might want to keep an eye on this one.

eh, that's totally expected. i hate these monkeys, always coming in the first years stealing my stuff, murdering my babies and scaring my dorfs. what's that "Be merry!" on the top?

Every dwarf has a slogan that sums up their views on things. Others say "friends are great" or "be careful to do the right thing" or "I'm dumb" or things like that.

so, this dwarf is merry when watching monkeys die, and likes how little the sound of their death throes affect his mood. make him a soldier!
