Adding a creature to a save
« on: November 04, 2014, 10:41:14 am »

Hello,

I am sorry if the subject of my question is a well-known fact, but I could not find the info anywhere.

I recently downloaded some other player's save that has 10 000 years of history genned and some wonderful 10k years old Bronze Collosi and Rocs with 4-5 thousand item kill lists.
I'd love to do a bit of roleplaying and I wanted to add my sage/wizard/Gandalf character to hire a party and go on a quest to destroy some of the beasts, but I just don't know how to do it.

I added the files to data/saves/regionX/raws and the game loads them in the arena, but I cannot start the game as a sage in Adventurer mode.

Is there a way to do this without breaking the save?

Thank you!

P.S. If you don't get this note, let me know and I'll write you another.
It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.
