I remember a while back there was a mod that added in disease to the game for .30.xx

Think that would be possible to do something like that with .40.14?

So possible in fact that if you mean this mod you can use it as is. Though IIRC some of the diseases' effects were improperly switched around. If you are asking because you hope to make your own, go ahead! The aforementioned mod would be a great place to start.

Yes, that is the mod I was talking about. Thanks for that. Not sure if this has the Bubonic Plague in it, but I'll hope.
