A dragon in charge?
« on: November 01, 2014, 02:02:56 am »

I was in the school library with a friend today, showing him a new fortress, when he checked his civ out. Everything was normal, until he got to his dragon queen. Is this normal at all? I had a minotaur for a king once. He rebelled and killed everyone. I thought only humanoids got into civs?

I have a Minotaur Queen (she tricked my civ into thinking she was a diety.)

Probably explains the dragon. If I remember correctly, dragons can do that too, although I don't think dragons are capable of speech.

This is pure vanilla. All I gave my friend was Therapist and the Ironhand tileset, because he doesn't get internet at school or his house.

If that thing comes and doesn't kill everyone like my minotaur king did, I'll steal the save off of him.

I haven't seen that movie, don't plan on it. From looking at that, Smaug isn't even imposing at all.

Oh no, don't be mistaken, Cumberbatch was amazing, and part of that shot was the whole inversion of position with him being looked down upon before what follows.

Damn, I forgot how dark that movie was. Or was it just that clip?

I prefer Cumberbatch as Sherlock than Smaug. Or anything. He can only be Sherlock!

That clip was kinda grainy but I couldn't find another right away with good sound, so ehhh.

Never watched Sherlock, so prior to Smaug I've only known him as an otter.
