Looks great though would you be able to do some diagonal walls?

Hello all, glad to see so many of you enjoying the tileset.

Version 2.6 still works perfectly with all 40.XX versions of DF as of 40.24. Post updated.

Looks great though would you be able to do some diagonal walls?

Perhaps, in a future update.

I love this stuff. Are there any plans for, say, a 10x10 version?  :D

This tileset is gorgeous. So much so that i'd like to use it as my programming font. Would it be possible to have a ttf version of the font ?

I was just talking about wanting this font (with shadow) for my IDE...

A 10x10 version would be difficult, I'd have to rework the entire set to keep it looking crisp. No plans for it at the moment.

I've never worked with font editing/creation, but I'll look into it!

If you're looking to make your pixel font into a .ttf file, I've found FontStruct to be a great tool from experience. You simply spend an hour or so transcribing your glyphs into the website's format then it spits out a .TFF file.

Nice tileset, BTW. The addition of Dawnbringer was an interesting choice.

Just wanted to chime in and say I'm really loving this tileset.  It looks beautiful with the shading but is still crisp and easy to read, and the 16x16 feels very comfortable on my 2560x1440 screen.  I'd tried some of the 10x10 sets like Taffer's and while nice, the 10x10 size just feels a bit too small and hard to read most of the time (and the 20x20 doubled version is a bit too big) so this is just right.

I'm still getting used to the ASCII (long time Phoebus user, figured I should learn the ASCII a bit better starting with the release of 0.42.1) but this is helping ease my transition a bit. :)

16x16 on a screen that big?

Sheesh, I'd be rockin the full res 36x54 sets I made with one of those.

Heh. I really like the high information density of small tiles ASCII I think, it's really helpful to see a large section of the map all at once.  I'll give your 36x54 set a spin though just to bask in the high detail glory for a bit. :D

I think they fit a native 2560x1200 or something silly like that. There are lot of them. The 18x18 sets scaled up to 36x54 and 36x36 easily, the others I mostly did 32x48, and the duerer 30x45 one.

I think this is the WanderHuge set I did:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Put a lot of effort into cleaning up all the pixels and making sure it was a faithful rescale since it's such a lovely set to start with.

I stole lots of ideas from it for my Curses+1 btw, because I loved the little touches like the ground tiles, the levers, the gradient, the bed shading, all of it.

Small update (2.7): Improved beds, barrels, slashes, and military dwarves. Data/art and raws are affected.

Hey, just shouting out to say that this tileset is really beautiful. I sometimes play DF on a 1080p monitor, and when I do, this is the tileset I use everytime. The ability to choose colors is another great bonus! If you did a 12x12 version, I would use it all the time (gotta have that high information density, y'know?)

12x12 is now in the works :)

Might actually do a 10x10 in the future as well, per Bitoru's request.

Here's an unshaded preview of what Wanderlust font looks like in 12x:

Pretty interesting, almost looks like a completely different set at first glance. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
