Pushing / Dragging?
« on: November 20, 2014, 03:10:36 am »

I have a pretty pimped out adventurer and although she's enjoying slaughtering people, I think she'd be happy if she knew how to move other people around.

Is there any way to drag or shove an enemy to a different tile? I'm not sure what determines the direction you throw opponents in, so I don't see how I could use that to reliably control the position of an opponent.

If this doesn't exist, is there perhaps a mod out there that includes it?

Charging pushes smaller things away, though you'd have to use a fairly weak attack to avoid accidentally killing them.

The direction of throwing an opponent is random and you can't control the direction.

You'd probably have to use DFhack to enable the drag thing because fort mode dwarves and merchants can do that.

You can also do jumping, but even then, it's a bit random where they'll jump to.
