Clearly an inordinate amount of explosives are also involved. I've yet to see a problem that enough fire power hasn't been able to fix. And I'm completely ok with that.

Yeah, sorry it's taking so long. I don't write very fast at the best of times, and have trouble juggling work, family obligations, and a basic minimum of physical activity. I've toyed with the idea of taking a few months of leave and living off my savings while I get this finished, but wound up deciding that it'd be a wildly irresponsible thing to do.

Yeah the google docs hosting was having trouble, so I spent a little money to get an actual site and copied all the content over to it. The only real difference is that the URL doesn't look horrible anymore, the site doesn't spontaneously forget how to load images for some people, and I was able to add a tab-icon.
