USE MEGA FIST SLAP TO GET DAKKA BUU AWAY FROM ME, THEN FORM MY HAND INTO ONE OF THOSE FINGER GUNS WHERE THE THUMB IS AT THE TOP AND ACTS LIKE THE TRIGGER. THE INDEXT FINGER IS THE BARREL. SOON FIRE LOTS OF KI BLASTS THE SIZE OF HALF MY HAND FROM THE "BARREL" OF MY HAND GUN.

(Not necessarily.  Only the anime had the division of Dragonball and Dragonball Z.  Manga used Dragonball for the whole series.)

(I have the minimum number of actions, the delay is due to Lyeos is in combat range with Vegeta, putting them in a battle.  According to the addendum to the minimum I have in the OP, if half the PCs in the combat (in this case, Nidilap) has posted, then the turn is delayed until all PCs have posted.)
