please clarify what you mean.
I think that PTTG was wondering what the harm is in having a fire man's clothing on fire.  The short answer being that it would eventually set the whole map on fire.  Which may not by that big a deal if they're set up carefully to not require anything flammable for survival, though it's not very welcoming for caravans.

Yep, and it kills the embark animals to.....and when multicultural forts come out and we have mingrints...
