Is any "unsuspend all" mod or plugin exist?

Because it's really annoying to manually maintain "Repeatable" jobs. One way, which I know is setting up workflow plugin, but it's a bit overkill for such an easy task. Is some some mod, or plugin exist to just periodically unsuspend all jobs?

autounsuspend works for buildings.
