It's possible that dwarven civ lives in a metal-poor section of the world.  All iron has been turned to steel because there's more flux than iron anyway...  makes sense, right?

Better hope you embark on a vein of ore coming right to the surface, then.

Well, unless there was a volcano nearby, you'd need loads of wood for that 24/7 smelting too.

Also, sounds like the Stonecleavers are now the go-to place to filch some nice weapons and armor for any adventurers that happen to need some, unless that vein was just soft metal like gold or copper, in which case defending it from NPC armies might be interesting...

Alrighty then homies! Update inbound. But first...

PROLOGUE

'Twas the night before christmas, and all throu

*groaning noises, accompanied by a strange creaking. An eldritch roar splits the void. A voice that buzzes like 12000 bees rings out through the eternal dark*

WHO DARES TO WAKE ME!

Hmmmmm... A new realm to mould...

*A strange, alien, ugly presence bubbles up through the cosmos. Stars die in their infancy, and lesser beings wither before this abomination*

So... The great saint, the timeless one and the mason. Worthy adversaries in this game of empires. Seven dwarves for the other clans, and so seven dwarves it shall be. Aaaaah, yes. A civilization worthy of my cunning and greed... The glory of crypts!

*howling wind ripples through the aether, calling 7 lowlives together. They steal enough supplies to start up a small outpost.*

Now to scour the globe for a suitable location.

MORE TO COME

Edit: The Dark Delights have just founded Deephelm

Delightful.

Here's to hoping your clan gets wiped out before they become a pain.

I just realized that I'm not on the turn-list. Can I be put on for... well, I won't be able to play until late April, early May probably. Turn 10 or 12? ( Please not turn 11. )

Righto.  I think you'd do just fine as one of the Minor Clans for now.
Three questions:
1. Which civ would you like your clan to hail from? (Crypts of Glory or The Lush Federation)
2. What would you like your Clan name to be?
3. What profession will your Clan founder have?
