This sounds interesting. Logistics would be difficult, and I'm a bit too busy to help sort things out for now, but I'd be interested in playing once it's started.

perhaps you have a board with characters of all different colors in different locations. Nobody knows which player is which color. You PM the character their color and their target player (not color). the players then mingle and anytime they share a tile with another color, you PM the matching names to the colors of any player sharing a tile with them. That way, they don't know exactly who to kill until they have "met" the correct person.

Not sure how movement or killing would work.

Similar to the game "the ship" if any of you have played that.

My thoughts.

Uno Deck.

4 cards, must spend all cards drawn. draw 4 cards after other cards are spent.

1-10: Similar to die rolls. Use for major events or conflict.
Reverse: If you goof up, you can rewind back a turn.
Skip: You can cause something to have to skip a turn, giving you two turns to act instead of one.
Draw 2: Draw two cards. Free card.
Wild Card: Can act as any card type or color.
Wild Card Draw 4: Same as Wild Card, plus Draw 4 Cards.

May spend card for color instead of type.

Green: Healing or support
Red: Offensive item
Yellow: Hide spot or escape tool
Blue: Lore and clue.

Monsters no longer hunt each other, Monsters and master on same side.

How about no master? Being an omnipotent being with 3 vicious beasties to aid you seems a bit OP.

I like the rest though, and Origami's suggestion of a board game type thing sounds good too.

Expanding on the Uno Deck idea, maybe a power of the Master is to give any card of his choosing to a player? Or he could potentially have his own hand, and be able to modify the cards played by other people to represent his ability to change the world.

Not necessarily.

If we go around the board and land on a space the another character has been through recently, we can get information on who it was and what colour they were... or something like that.

My idea is you don't know who your target even is first. You need to find clues to learn who your target is. You then learn the color, but not the guy. I'm going to use a PM system, so you don't know who's posting, just the charactet

I am going to make a play-test game, to get a sense of how my rule-set and better learn what to tweak and remove.

It's going to be a small game of 3 Hunted and 1 Momster.
