[1d4=4] vs [1d4+1=2] You embrace the momentum you have and slam yourself into a guard which appears to have another peasant gnawing on its arm. Taking your cue from him, you bite the guard's ear off. It seemed like the most accessible piece...

The throng of peasants seems to be overwhelming the two solitary guards, despite a lack of equipment and ability. There is urgency to the situation despite this upper hand, however.
