What kind of game do you want to play?

It's all in the title. Explain the kind of game you want. If there's something cool with a lot of interest, I may try to set it up as an actual forum game.

Might just be me, but a freeform WH40k game? You would be able to do your own thing for the race or faction you choose. Players might meet, or might not see each other at all.
