We've all been in the shits lately, it seems. I'd try and post something, but I have to write thirty pages of stuff by sunday and it's not for entertainment value.

Right, so considering the no one's actually asked for anyone to join their party this year and most of the party leaders aren't haven't posted in quite a while, I think there isn't much point in considering with this setup any longer. We can go with a standard turn list or just shut the game down if there isn't enough interest.

Agh! So sorry about the wait, I got hit with a sinus infection at the same time as two SOLs. But I am OK with a turn list but shutting it down would suck!  I'll crank out a post tomorrow, really sorry guys! I've got some stuff to talk about though. He plan is nearing fruition!  :D

Yeah. It might work better if citizens were automatically assigned or something rather than wanting constant involvement from players.

Hmmm...

I have an idea for another game for this group.

Why don't we go find the hardest mod we can, then try and survive with the population capped at 80 dwarves?  In an inhospitable biome for bonus points.

Could be interesting. I was considering just maxing the number of megabeasrs and titans, but something like Fortress Defence might be more challenging.

Fortress defense sounds good, particularly if we start in an already challenging biome (aquifer, glacier, desert, etc.)

It's not your fault; interest seemed to be waning regardless.

I'll try to gen a world with an evil glacier or something, possibly with a necromancer's tower or five nearby. Should make for an interesting embark.
