Ware do you put castes on the creature stats?

Ok so I placed my castes just under the body:size states and values and everything seemed ok until i realized when normal people spawn, they are basically immortal cause I placed everything over the maxage thing... I have no idea ware to put all the castes I made so that everything is affected including none caste spawns... i can t put them at the bottom of either cause If I do there hair never greys, they never rinkle and they get no body descriptions.

Yes I did, It didnt work for that though.
