Dwarf Fortress Underhaul (1.1)
« on: February 28, 2015, 05:37:15 pm »

A complete overhaul of Dwarf Fortress, starting from the bottom up. Currently it only modifies cavern creatures, but that will change.

For starters, it adds a lot more child states and pet tags. The rest is up to you to find out - telling you would spoil the !!FUN!!

Update 1.1!

 - Added child states for helmet snakes and cave dragons
 - Changes to material templates
   - Chitin can be used for some of what shell can
   - Blood and ichor are now edible when cooked
   - Plant extract is also now edible when cooked
     - Golden salve changed to golden spice
   - Skin is now a blob like fat, meaning you get leather based on how big the creature was
 - A few new seeds added to plants that didn't have them
 - Appropriate healing rates added to hair, nail, cartilage, hoof, etc.

Enjoy and feel free to suggest anything you feel the mod is missing! I look forward to hearing stories of surprise when people run into the new content!

I like what I am seeing.

This skin blob however... it makes leather stockpiles useless. Well, it's just a matter of making leather glob food stockpiles.

It only does that for skin, not leather. Leather is still the same. This is a tried and true trick made by some other guy whose name eludes me.

Also I did some bugfixes.
