I'm going to try play on my brothers computer and see if that solves the FPS problem, If the next player has the same issue we might have to restart with a smaller embark with shorter world history and try to minimize things that take a toll on performance e.g flowing liquids, large amounts of items and maybe shorter turns and just recycle players.
