Create fast predatory fish with sharp teeth to feed on the small herbivorous fish.

Try this again, but with my seed. Make them like small sharks, but with a breathing mechanism that doesn't require them to have to move all the time. Call them Minimakes.

I use 4E to mutate the existing seaweed, enabling it to grow on the mountains.

That will not work. You should add some details. Especially I am interested about nutrients and water source, and also reproduction mechanics. In ocean it is quite simple point, but on the earth (and especially on rock) it might be a problem.

I use 8E to mutate some of the existing seaweed, to grant them powerful roots that are able to crack open rocks to feed on the minerals inside. I will also give them "tubes", thin, sometimes mile long tubes that connect the plant to the nearest source of water. Once tge plant is in need of water, they use their tubes to suck the water in. They've got a lot of little flowers on them and reproduce through anemophily. Once a flower has been pollinated, it becomes an edible berry. The berries fall off and grow into little plants themselves. If a newborn plant is close to a fully grown one, the newborn plant will connect his tube to an older one. Their leaves are edible. They shall be named "Landweed".

Would this work?

4e Enchant the berries of lemonpies' landweed to have hallucinogenic properties. Someday future shamans and hippies will love these.
6e Use seed to create plant species.

Cactopod: A green cactus that grows up to 1 meter tall. It can survive in dry environments by storing water in the form of a sweet edible juice. It has a blue seed pod as a head that will open when the rains come to release its seeds. It has spikes of ouchyness. It likes sand.

Creates Islands of earth, covering two hexes, next to current landmasses, Use 1 seed of plant life to create trees on those islands (Is that how seeds of life work?) and bring oxygen to the world.

Trees are large growing structures made of wood. Leaves grow on an expanding network of branches on the tops. The leaves take in carbon dioxide and generate oxygen. Organic fruit grow on trees. These fruit contain seeds, and seeds grow into saplings, small structures with more smooth surface wood (called bark) and mature into new trees.

I merge the forested land with the sea, making the point that separates them undefinable (2e) and populate it with the small herbivorous fish, now both aquatic and avian (7e).

Modify the Stalking Seaweed, giving them the structures to survive land. Modify their trichomes to grasp objects and surfaces. 3e.
Someone's done this.
Modify a small portion of the Landweed to be able to tap into the vessels of trees, merging themselves together. Once fused, these individuals are able to use the tree's roots to merge with other surrounding plants. 5e. Use the Seed of intelligent life on them. 12e

Modify some of the herbivorous fish to be able to survive on land for short periods of time. 3e
Create Shiftflies, small flying insects capable of consciously adapting the genetic makeup of their offspring during fertilisation. This allows them to survive new environments with ease. 5e.
