And then a knock. He sighed. He reached out and gently ruffled the prince's hair before getting up.

"That's my signal to go I think. I... I'll do my best to come see you again when we get back. Stay safe over here, ok?"

He went over and opened the door.

[Sirus]

Hildebrand went on the prowl for princesses. Which one would he find first?

[Haspen]

@Kerr:

It was of course Princess Saria.

"Um, the guards are getting a bit impatient... Hello Aliberti."

"Hello Saria."

"We should be going." She turned to Kerr.

@Hildebrand:

It was of course Princess Rosana.

"Um, how can I help you?"

[Sirus]

Hildebrand went to one knee in front of Rosana, bowing.

: "Princess Rosana, it's been a long time. I am Hildebrand of Ormia, and I have come to pledge my service towards stopping the Crimson Moon."

[Haspen]

"Oh, welcome, then, and your services will be very much appreciated. Please be in the Hall of Pillars in less than an hour, we will be departing to the new world about that time."

[Sirus]

: "As you wish, my lady. Will Prince Aliberti be accompanying us?"
'New world'? What the devil does she mean by that?

[Haspen]

"No. He is currently staying in his quarters for... unknown period of time. Have you been not told about the rebellion? The Kovalians lured him and trapped him and forced a treaty on us in the result."

[Sirus]

: "I did hear about the rebellion, my lady, and I deeply regret not arriving sooner. Your historian had told me about the peace treaty and of the Prince's confinement, but I had hoped that he would be released to continue the quest. Shall I take it that you will be accompanying us instead?"

[Swordstar]

"Of course."

He smiled at Ali before following the princess away from the room. Once they were out of earshot of the guards, he smiled at her.

"Thank you again. I hope that I was able to help him some."

[Haspen]

@Hildy:

"Yes, and Saria as well. Double the honor, one could say."

@Kerr:

"He did seem to look slightly better than in the morning. I guess he really likes your companionship."

[Swordstar]

"Well we've been close for as long as I can remember really. And good, I'm glad you think I was able to help some. I care for him and I know this is killing him."

[Sirus]

Two royal family members on the same mission? Clearly this was just as important a quest as Noel had implied.

: "Very well then! I shall gather my horse and equipment and ready myself in the Hall of Pillars. If you'll excuse me..." Hildebrand rose, bowed once more, then went back outside to get his things. He passed people along the way but did not know if any of them were going to be on the mission as well.

"Then we'll have to make the time we do have count."

And then things happened.

Afterwards, when they headed to meet the others, she couldn't help but steal glances at Irios besides her, and smile a little.
Irios was hers. Always. Forever.

And she'd never allow that to change.

[Haspen]

The time have passed and both Princesses were in the Hall of Pillars. Rosana counted the others.

"Oh, good! All eleven accounted for. Are we ready, High Priest?" The elderly man in charge of the rituals fidgeted in discomfort for a moment.

"Yes... and no."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Apologies, Princess Rosana, but with the recent loss of my magicians this whole ritual won't be as precise as it was in the recent two times. I'm afraid that you might disappear for a lengthy amount of time despite you visiting the other world for brief few hours."

"Is it going to be two weeks? Aliberti's disappearance caused whole lot of panic back then..."

"No... but I think you might be gone from here for as much as few days for the few hours you spend elsewhere. Apologies once more, but it's the best we can do at the moment."

"We don't have any other choice..." Rosana propped her hands on her waist.

"Right! We might be gone for days, so if someone forgot their belongings, now would be a good time to say so!" Her sister Saria let out a snort in a manner not befitting a gentle princess like her.
