Delekates of the Sweets shouts her words and a piddling pile of obsidian appears in front of her. It looks like it's been chipped for sharper edges.

The pile of stuff that appears in front of Vearan is an overwhelmingly nauseating smelly puddle of green goo, in which smoothed chunks of obsidian can be found.

Vearan then lobs a chunk of obsidian from nothing towards Slardar, only for it to crash against Slardar's giant boulder.

Slardar pushes with all his might, but only moves his boulder half way to his target, who barely even notices.

A pitch black slingshot apears in Derm's hand, it's obsidian forked body engraved with images of goblins and skeletons. Strung between the two branches the elastic is bright orange, and the pouch for projectiles resembles a jack-o-lantern's face.
A few small marble sized objects appear, too, but are brightly colored and wrapped in clear plastic.

Derm sneezes when he casts, and feels a ominous wind whistle through his lips. Absolutely nothing happens, though.
Eat the cheese.

The cheese is pretty good. A high quality aged cheddar, some excelent bleu, and a few pieces of a kind you've never had but you'd have to say it's probably a goat cheese.

A wooden figurine in the shape of an angry man dressed in furs and wielding a battle-axe appears. And then another figurine, but it's an angry guy poking a fire (carved from wood) with a stick.

Another 2x4 appears, but it's been painted a bright, bright yellow.

Derm's finger regrows. That would seem like a success, even if it helped HIM, so you move onto the next word.

Science stands still suddenly, as his brain is overloaded with glimpses of the future. They all go by really fast, and he's only left with the knowledge of a book. A very big book, that will be created here on this battlefield, bound in leather made from the flesh of the fallen.
