I just started on the mod now. The main race will be the amphibious deep ones, who have risen up from the oceans and almost completely destroyed the other races. They have no government beyond the local scale, with each settlement ruled by a chief. I'm not sure about other animals, and if I run out of time I'll put in a placeholder vanilla grazer to feed the deep ones.

That's fine just turn the mod in two days from now. I like the idea. I may end up throwing most of the vanilla creatures in just so we have some animals.

Is this likely to still be going in like 1 and 1/2 months? Cos I would love to get to know modding better, and will have SO much free time round then, after exams.

I finished my turn. so here's the file flameandfury.

changelog

Added a new type of playable human with lots of different castes. The new humans have access to futuristic technology including sappy plates, spring rifles and spring guns, which shoot needles.

Added back in all of the vanilla creatures, entities, items, weapons, and armor.

Added in Urist McCoder, which is a bronze colossus made out of gold.

So the difficult real life stuff I expected t happend ended up not happening, as a result, I guess you can just put me into whatever place I'm currently in and add any new people after me.
