Might be simpler to just call it "world size", especially if size and height are basically same thing.

In the rules as you can see everywhere I used ''world size''.
We probably can distinct height from size to use some artifacts that fix your height, but it makes the game more complex.
Knowing that size equals height helps you to understand astral traveling mechanics.
I find it a problem that rules are hard to catch up. On other forum about 80% player read the rules after the game starts. Other 20% are asking many questions about different situations. Here I see complete another picture.
