Your creator Azem was the one to name you. The naming convention of other races is not meant to create a divide, but if you wish to have a similar name, you can call yourselves the Kaag. That is, unless your creator has any objection.
Yaag:
Every species in the nation was created to be suited for a specific purpose. The Saag were given strength, the Maag dexterity, you received Intelligence and the Lizardmen, now called Kaag, were given empathy. Hating them will not benefit anyone. You should rather help them find the best way to use their abilities for the nation. When something is wrong, the best course of action is to find a way to fix the problem, not to grow resentment towards it. I will bring a change to the nation that will allow this kind of reasoning to be applied to the society.

Using this, people should register when voting, ensuing that no one will be allowed to vote multiple times. Teach them how to create paper from the sandcotton plant if they do not already have a mean of producing it. If this is not possible, modify every plant of sandcotton to have the required components to make paper. Paper will be used for the records and identification papers. The second change is to allocate a time for the population to visit their local council to propose ideas to improve the system. The great council will have similar events, but less often and of greater scale, as people will travel the country to propose their changes. Small scale changes will be the duty of local councils, while the changes that affect the entire nation will be brought to the great council. Council members will debate on whenever these changes are to be applied or not. Any change that will significantly impact the nation will have to be brought to me by using a specific group prayer, which will be taught to every council. New members of the council will be taught how to perform it by the other council members. These group prayers will be prioritized, being brought to me even if I am not listening to prayers.
Inform the population that the Lizardmen will now be called the Kaag from now on. Encourage the Yaag species privately to not develop an elitist sentiment, as they need the other species to help them.
Order the army to begin the mass fortification of the villages and the territory. Self-sufficient forts are to be built all over the desert, and are to be guarded by a permanent force. When choosing their location, prioritize to place them around villages, more often than not in the direction of any potential threat, and then in any strategic position.[/b]

I want you to be ready in case of a full-scale war. I will see if I can defuse the situation with the human kingdom and the new kingdom. It is sad that we had to resort to war. I come here to negotiate an end to this conflict. What we ask is that you no longer attempt to seize our lands and our desert. In return, we promise that we will not push our counter-offensive beyond these lands that belong to us. Breaking the terms of this treaty will result in full scale warfare between our respective nations. What do you say of this proposal?

We have instituted this ban because your god refused to respect my rights over my creation. If he promise to stop encroaching in my territory and meddle with what isn't his business, I will gladly remove this ban. Otherwise, know that your menaces mean nothing against a god. Have you not ever learned respect, and that angering a god is one sure way to misery? This offensive of yours will fail, just like the new kingdom failed against us. Also know that by banning my worship, you limit your chances to progress scientifically. Enjoy becoming irrelevant to the rest of the world. That is, if you insist on pursuing these actions, of course. I have no interest in warfare but if you insist on forcing my hand, you will get more than you bargained for.
