How to make a detailed adventure mode map?

I want to make a detailed dungeon with specific traps and enemies to fight in adventure mode. How would I go about this? Is there an adventure map creator utility? Thanks, sorry if this is a dumb question!

Alternatively, you could just use the arena mode. Not so much custom dungeons, but if you're just looking for dorf combat against specific monsters in a specific sequence you could set it up in there & then take control of your guinea pig adventurer.
Dunno if you can save/share it though..
