To disable weather and temperature do I use "off" or "no"?  I tried "no" and it's still showing rain!

init.txt file is case sensitive. off is not recognized; OFF is.
It's either ON or OFF... ffs dont type "no" //FACEPALM

[INTRO:yes that dwarf at the end doesnt know what the fuck]
[WINDOWED:i like to tell stories in irc, so yes please]
[BLACK_SPACE:my heart has enough thanks]
[FPS : oh god what is fps]
[FPS_CAP : oh god what kind of hat do i give fps]
[MOUSE:yeah mice are cute]
[TEMPERATURE:my airconditioner works fine, don't need df's help]
[WEATHER:whether just gives unhappy thoughts no way!!!]
