More easily than filling an entire barrel with gremlin tears.

The game handles pet sentients... interestingly.

I think blood does show up in the kitchen tab as a valid cookable material. Not sure about sweat or tears though. I've also never gotten a chef to actually make a meal with blood in it, and I'm not sure exactly what the problem is. It would be quite nice to make a roast with masterfully minced gremlin blood, sweat, and tears though.

It's not cookable, but it is stored in food stockpiles--along with ichor, venom, “extract,” sweat and tears. I can't wait until vitreous humour is implemented.
