Finally, you managed to get your thoughts together... Exept for that you still don't remember how you ended up here. Also, your back's getting tired of the bench. Your actions?

Is it still DF setting? If so why everything is so modern?

Well, I was going for a somewhat "modernised" version of DF world, though it won't look like 2015... More like modern world stuck in 1920 or close to it.

Also, with vampires, demons and bogeymen.

Is that a necro tower in the back, or a giant sperm whale with camel humps impaled by a giant upright spear?

Stand up and stretch cause you probably got a pretty stiff back by now. Check your Inventory.

He is alone, not in a building and it is sunset. I summon boogeymen.

Check my belongings. Maybe there's something on me that'll tell me what I was doing.

Even though I love it when there are many requests, I'm still getting used to drawing this much. And yeah, sometimes pics turn out worse than I had expected. So, next time, I hope you guys will give me a day or two to refine my drawings. Anyway, here we go.

[g]et bottle

You pick up the bottle.

This  is a bottle of "Miners Delight", probably the cheapest longland lager on the market. It is empty.

Is that a necro tower in the back, or a giant sperm whale with camel humps impaled by a giant upright spear?

[e]xamine ground

Your intence search turns up into no- Ooh, a coin!

It's a tin franc, the only type of coin issued by human states.

He is alone, not in a building and it is sunset. I summon boogeymen.

You think about the bogeymen. After all, they might actually be real.

Stand up and stretch cause you probably got a pretty stiff back by now. Check your Inventory.
Check my belongings. Maybe there's something on me that'll tell me what I was doing.

You stretch your back a like a badass. Rummaging through your pockets, you find 7 coppers and a guest pass of the town of Natoquihi given to Dokem -someone-. It has your photo on it.

((From the looks of it, booze (assuming that's actually what's in the bottle) likely played a part in our amnesia, but that fails to explain what exactly we were doing in a foreign town or why our surname is scratched out... Hmm.))

The sun's setting, and staying out in an unfamiliar place after dark doesn't seem terribly smart, boogeymen or no... Let's head into the the town. Maybe we can find a place to take shelter, or ask around to figure out where the hell we are.

((I think the word you're looking for for his surname's condition is "illegible".))

Oops, my bad. I'll correct it tomorrow, until then - just ignore it.

Make sure to ring the bottle
It could be a ready weapon or missile in case of trouble.
Time to head on out to the human(?) town.
I'm sure the freaks going to party at night.

Sounds like a solid plan, though a bottle in your hand might draw some unwanted attention to you. You deside to keep it anyway.

After a short walk, you enter the town.

It seems to be a medium to small-sized human settlement, with a considerable backstory and a lively downtown. At this part of the day, though, there are hardly any people at the streets. After asking a few passers-by of your surroundings, you now have a relatevely-detailed picture of the area. Also, you notice that the locals seem a bit confused about you. Maybe it's because you're wearing a worker's dress?

NOTABLE PLACES:

Also, there seems to be police station somewhere near the hotel, but you're not sure where exactly.
