Adventure as vermin
« on: August 30, 2015, 01:46:15 pm »

Modding the raws I found that [INDIV_CONTROLLABLE] works even on vermin types.

So I tried a Fairy swordsman that fights with tree needles.

I'm thinking about recruiting an elf follower and pestering him with conversation while he fights.

You need to find the most exotic animal pet you can, and then breed a war party of them. Have a beastmaster as your only guardian, wrapped in adamantium with a platinum war hammer that is backed by savage giant beasts from around the world.

Can you mod fairies to have deadly magic dust?

Use a platinum greatsword.

Platinum is awful for swords, steel or candy instead.

I said platinum greatsword so it could be absurdly heavy, but still more useful than a pine needle.

Plus, can you just imagine a fairy swinging a sword around that's as big as a human?

Something you should note is that most if not all vermin are really fucking slow. Running away isn't an option.

I mean, you're not going to get any slower than you already are. Go for it!

Fairies have a higher flying speed, so just get off the ground.

I've dabbled in controllable vermin modding before. They're oddly pretty good at wrestling human-sized targets once their skill is high enough.

Awesome, maybe I'll play as a fire snake and burn everyone in their sleep.

SO did you have to mod in the needles? Or are they in there?
