You begin in Plaza District, staying in a darkened corner near two merchant stalls. One is selling general goods and the other is selling hot dogs. The Plaza is packed heavily today, with many Vault Dwellers shoving their way through market stall to market stall. You have a leather jacket over your vault suit uniform, the Vault is 876. In your pocket is combat knife and pack of cigarettes in your front jacket pocket. Forgot your lighter though....Damn.

Name: Wiley "Coyote" Rayne

Backstory: Ever since he could remember, Wiley wanted to be a cop. He was born in small-town Nebraska, his father one of the three cops in the town, and he was hooked on every story his pa brought home. When he was an adult, he moved to the big city and joined the police department, passing the academy with flying colors.
Police work wasn't quite what he expected, however. Too many long nights, too much risk, and no vacation time. Eventually, Wiley moved up the ranks, finding a cozy supervisor rank. He'd drive around the city, drinking coffee and frightening young patrol officers, living the good life. Over time, he worked his way up to the rank of lieutenant, and found himself even further removed from the mostly boring, occasionally terrifying street.
Although Wiley wasn't a particularly great officer, or leader, he was great at making friends in high places. One of them, who worked on the Vault project, proposed him as a Security Chief. The board approved him, after some inquiry, and he found himself in a cozy slice of heaven, operating on his classic "live and let live" management strategy.
Family Backstory(Optional): Caroline Paulsen was a student at the same high-school as Wiley, and his old crush. After he got a cozy position in the big city, he found her, and seduced her. Although Wiley has always tried to be a gentleman to the now Ms. Rayne, she occasionally wonders what caused her to marry this bufoon.
Ryan Rayne is a young, adorable little boy, eight years old. Ryan is a curious little thing, often asking to go to work with his dad, and Wiley doesn't have the heart to say no. His mother is somewhat distant to the other two, but the boy and his father have a great relationship.
Head of Security Rayne was deep inside SEC, in your office. Your desk is piled with accounts, warrants, and deputy applications. The expanse of your office is masterful at best, but it is pretty bare except for a locker with weaponry and a few chairs. Equipped on your person is Security issue armor and a holster for your trusty .44 magnum on your desk. Some .44 ammo boxes litter the floor near your desk. Beyond your office door is a hall down to the meeting room.

Backstory: All Alex ever wanted was to solve problems. As such, he worked hard to become good at something. He learned science and quickly got a job applying the skill. His short time off of work allowed him to get married. It was short lived, as she died soon after. He sunk deeper into his work, and eventually ended up in a vault, having been shown to be capable and intelligent. He was then selected as overseer. He wanted to help the people there, and he decided he would do so by any means necessary.
Family Backstory(Optional): No family. Wife (Lucia Raman) died due to lung cancer.
Alex Raman was the most important and targeted man in Vault 876. You currently in your room, many belongings and possessions surround you. On you right now is your Vault-Tec armored 867 cape and holstered on your hip is your E-gun. It is mostly for show only, since your ammo for it is low. 5 charged cells remain in the battery chamber. Beyond your bed room is a door to your office, where most of your equipment is.

Backstory: Moeler had been a prison guard before the apocalypse, and his mindest remained. The people perceived by him were either friends, guards, or foes, prisoners, their lawyers trying to get them out, their families smuggling contraband for them. Throughout his life, he learned to hate and fear ones that weren't his fellow security members. This all changed, when he met Blanche Wahl. She was a sweet thing, kind and trusting, naive but she was a friend to all around her. Their opposite personalities didn't stop them from falling in love, and they married soon after the bombs fell. They learned much from each other, Bettie learned about the hard and rough part of the world, while Alexander became more patient and tolerant in his beliefs. While he did change much due to his wife's influence, he still is an advocate of hardline treatment of any disdemeanors. His stance is supported by many security officers throughout the vault, that would hope to use more force against those that they were once supposed to protect.
Family Backstory: Blanche Wahl - She worked as a librarian before the apocalypse, and the quiet, joy filled simple life was all that she ever aspired for. She went through short depression after the bombs fell and her world ended. She married Moeler, and has just recently become pregnant.
Today was a very bad day. Currently two officers are struggling to subdue a prison pumped filled with buffout in cell block 35. You see this on one of the many security cameras that roam the holding blocks. Inside your office is many warrants, prisoner files, and some equipment. Your locker filled with some of your weapons are at the side of the door leading to the cell blocks. Currently you sit at your chair, equipped with an armored Warden's hat, a holster for your Stun-Prod, and sunglasses. The officers are being battered by the buffout prisoner who broke out his cuffs, his blood lust clouding his mind from the drug.

Backstory: Rex loves one thing and one thing only and that is money. He is more than willing to kill anyone on the spot provided that he is paid handsomely of course, but he never kills for no reason. He strongly believes in getting paid for his skills and as such will not kill someone unless there is money involved. His real name is not Rex but those who had knowledge of it are no longer around, all were mysteriously murdered, found shot in the back of the head. As for why he calls himself Rex no one knows but Rex himself.
Family: Deceased, all were murdered. Cause of death a single bullet to the back of the skull.
If any day was a good one, it was this day. You just completed a job for a low-level mobster in the black market, had to kill some schmuck who was falsifying investments in one of the mob controlled hotel. Now you are heading back through the waves of people to the Lucky Dart, a small black market Casino. On you is your silence .22, combat knife, 3 smoke bombs, and 8 .22 ammo shells. All in your disguised utility belt. As you walk, you see some gangsters look at you in an alley way. They look like common thugs, but they slowly walk up to you.
