So, are the rest of us on the waitlist?
There is no waitlist, you didn't put in skills though. I needz them skillz mang.
But, I did put in skills!
Check here:
Name: Yolanda D. Smith
Job: Business Owner (Food stall, selling candy, soda, and some baked goods of her own in the plaza.)
Age: 48
Gender: Female
Skills(Only five from the Vanilla skill set. Can learn more later on): 2 Speech, 1 First Aid, 2 Repair.
Backstory: Originally from Tuskegee, Alabama, Yolanda came in with her family, and the rest of the Vault Dwellers, into Vault #(To be named).
Family Backstory(Optional): Her husband, Samuel, works as a Maintenance Technician, and she has two daughters, Nerissa and Dionne, who are 13 and 17, respectively. Samuel is a hard-working man, who tries to help provide for his family. However, out of him and Yolanda, Samuel has always been the "good parent", and has tended to be more lenient towards their two children. Nerissa is very interest in medicine and the like, while Dionne has ambitions of perhaps being a musician or a singer. Both of them are fairly well behaved, but Dionne is starting to want more independence.

"Hello. Vault dwellers. I apologize if you're upset at the strange time of the meeting. I just wanted to let everybody know that all guns and drugs not given by a doctor are now considered contraband. Don't be surprised if you are searched. It will become routine. If you have either of these, please give them to a guard. If you're innocent, there's no reason to fear the development. Questions?"

Wiley leaned back in his chair, beginning to relax, when the call came over the intercom. He sighed, before responding.

"Received, Alex. I'll send a riot team. Contain for now."

"Dispatch, this is Rayne. Roll Riot to the prison. Moeler needs help suppressing a riot in Cell Block 35. Contact him for more details."

Once he got off the phone with the dispatcher, Rayne pulled open the filing cabinet next to his desk, pulling out a file of open cases. He began to leaf through the file, looking at the big cases the department was working on.

((Just looking for a summary of what our current big cases are.))

Name:Origami Tech
Job:Maintenance Shaft Monster
Age:unknown
Gender:unknown
Skills:Traps, Melee Weapons, Survival, Sneak, Repair
Backstory:Origami was designed to be modular, to learn, and to self repair. Some unknown event caused the creature to be let loose in the Shafts. Perhaps a system failed - an accident which damaged part of the science lab, allowing several things out. Perhaps the Scientists believed Origammi to be a failed experiment. Perhaps security feared that it was a successful one. Or maybe Origami engineered it's own escape. Whatever the truth, origami lurks in The Shafts, feared by all who believe it exists.

I can PM more specific details, or just post them in the open. whichever.

Tell my men to into melee, while I fire a tazer shot and charge in with a baton.
The five SEC guards charge at the marauding buffed out man. They raise their batons and begin fighting the prisoner!
The Prisoner laughs maliciously, charging back at them.

5 Guards[9+5 squad attack] VS Buffout Prisoner[58]

The Prisoner crashes through the guards, slamming one with his fist, completely annihilating his head in gore. The guard's corpse slams into his comrades at a high speed, pushing them all down into the floor in a bloody mess.

You fire a taser at the Prisoner and charge in with your mighty baton, but your morale is lowered by seeing one of your men die and the others knocked unconscious. The taser beam whizzes at a high speak toward the Prisoner!

Sergeant Moeler[33] VS Prisoner[23]

The Prisoner is hit in the chest by the beam! He growls out in pain as your lucky shot drops him to the ground. The Prisoner foams at the mouth and exasperates on the ground, the buffout coming out his system. You look down at him.

[What do you do?]

I need a lighter

You tell them merchant you need a ligher. He nods and opens a cabinent near his feet. After a few seconds of searching, he pulls out a cheap lighter and puts on the market stall table. "That will be 2 credits please". You remember that all money is credited on your Pip-Boy 8000. Raising your left arm, you see you have 15 credits in your account.

What do you do?

Spoiler: Yolanda D. Smith (click to show/hide)

You find yourself sitting in one of the many seats of the Atrium. Next to you is Samuel and on the other side is Nerissa and Dionne. Samuel grumbles on the how the Overseer forbidding guns over the Vault. Dionne was beginning to plug in her ear buds while Nerissa was reading the biography of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. A few Vault Dwellers a row behind your family is getting quite rowdy.

[What do you do?]

Stealthy drop a smoke bomb in the crowd to lose the gangsters, once accomplished head to the lucky dart.

Rex laughs the thugs trying to rob him, they don't know who their dealing with. You continue to walk casually, but slip the smoke bomb behind you. It detonates, confusing the gangsters! They cough heavily in the alley way and few bystanders on look in confusion.  Rex walks to the front of the Lucky Dart, two bouncers see you and let you inside bypassing the huge line to get in.

Inside Rex sees a multitude of slot machines, round tables hosting games, and to his side he spots a bar. To the far north you see a stage with some jazz players playing a cover of Blue Moon. The Casino seems to have a good day, as many patrons reside in the Casino currently. You resolve to find Erin Jones, the owner of this joint.

[What do you do?]

Many Vault Dwellers seem confused at the sudden firearm prohibition. Press in the front the Atrium bombard you with questions, while other Vault Dwellers boo and hiss at the announcement. Some Vault Dwellers don't care either way and continue to wait until the meeting is adjourned. Kodak cameras flash and spazzle on you. The two IAA agents steel themselves his things get too rowdy.

After sorting important files over your desk, you begin reviewing some high level case.

Origami is currently deep inside the maintenance shafts. It is in an alcove, over seeing a small tribal settlement on the lower rusty metal ground. The Android has become widely known as the demon of the shafts, but many dismiss it as a fairy tale. On either side of it, two airlocks continue to different parts of the shaft. Looking down from the alcove walk way, you still see the tribal settlement.

The exact identity of the tribe is unknown, but they seem to cloth themselves in withered down vault 876 jumpsuits. The guards carry rusty makeshift spears, while regular peasants take stock of supplies in the tents. Children play and fool around.

Origami Tech takes note of the location of the Tribe, their standard technology level, any noteworthy items in sight, and unusual persons amongst the  group. Origami then moves on, silently, to note the next location and people.

Bash him with the baton and stomp on his face 'til the backup comes in.

Action: head over to the bar and ask for the owner.
"Do you know where Erin Jones, the owner of this place is? I have business with him."
