I also recall you saying you could modify it if you wanted (though the person's example did involve it being still wrapped). My gift was a pair of safety goggles, and I unwrapped them. Oh you're not being rude, it's just that I had no goddamn idea what your action was talking about. You didn't say "use my gift" so I didn't connect the dots to that being what you meant.
