The skeleton easily befriends this individual using his charming demeanor. There is no ulterior motive here. It is a mutual victory because now everyone's friends.

Unfortunately, a charming demeanor cannot win the friendship of puppets. I imagine this confrontation would end with both parties getting bored and walking away.

Pokémon vs. Dwarf... given how DF works, and the abilities of creatures like Pokémon:

 A Dwarf would kill the Pokémon and go spread Stun Spore or something similiar across the entire fortress, paralyzing/poisoning/burning/etc. it to death. One Pokémon dead for an entire settlement of dwarves... Pokémon wins.

Puppets would probably just get dumped in the refuse pile or s pit of magma. Dwarves win.

Papyrus has battled with just about everyone here.

In a sense, he loses, because he's pretty much out of new ways to combat the various other icons and is now doomed to a rather lonely armistice until that changes.

It's kinda hard to shoot a skeleton, considering bones aren't exactly a big target, nor super weak to piercing damage arrows.
