Damn, I've never seen my LCS leader lead a riot out of prison. What was his heat level after leaving prison?

Missing terrorism I think. Comes from trying to blow up the nuclear plant I believe.

I also don't see grand theft auto, public nudity, flag murder, prostitution, arson, or sedition. To my knowledge, prostitution, GTA, and PN all also require an arrest to get charged with them in the first place.

How did you not get the death sentence? My high-juice Elite Liberals with somewhat similar records like that always get the death penalty if they are arrested.

And I believe it is more common when the Leader is in Prison and there are no other free liberals, such as this case.
