Tried to make a creature on my Own
« on: November 27, 2015, 10:57:30 am »

Hello there,
as already sayed I tried to create my first own creature from the scratch to get into modding as good as possible.
I named it Evilhuman and it actually is based on the body of a human but I then designed all the parts required by myself
and also changed it a little. I wanted to create a "almighty" species with completly new material and so on.

It actually is done now I guess but there is a little Problem:
At first, after I changed the Materials and Tissues and Layers they became invincible, but also couldnt hit anyone.. .
"The attacks passed right through"
Then after changing something I dont know right now the game keeps crashing.. .

I would appreciate your help with this as I love this game and would love it to get a good modder

Here everything you need:

I believe this is your problem.

About the crashing, DF has an errorlog file that helps a ton with modding problems. Check it out.

That was a quick responce :)

Checked it with the Error log and truly I had some issues. It wasnt the Evilskin that caused the error but something with the Material tokens etc.
Thank you for your help  :D
