Okay so what does uttarences actually do? I know it makes the language weird but how so? And what are the effects of it?

[CREATURE_CLASS:x] is just an arbitrary token. Here it's being used for the [ANIMAL] token added in 0.44.01, which allows entities to filter their animals based on creature token or class.

UTTERANCES makes units unable to be understood by those without UTTERANCES.
