But really they are bigger than rocs in their true form, as they were cast down they were downsized to around the height of a very tall elf.
Angels sre also as big as solari, but when they come down here they must downsize to the size of a human. My reasoning for this mentality is because if somone asks someone else to imagine God and say how he looks they'd say that he is big, like someone that I know imagined him as a cloudface. So yeah.
