.... Cat Army?

So I was playing a bandit, I slaughtered a small town in order to get my sword skill up (( It still hasnt went up.. oh well onto the next town.. ))

Anyway! I returned to the town with only a few soldiers left operating out of it, most of them marked by me to show them i mean business, one missing noses and ears and fingers.
Anyway i return and the man i nick named "Skull face" as i cut off all his face bits, he was leading a newly formed unit against me... one that drafted all the cats into town..

Immediately the cats attacked, leaping at me and hitting me in the chest and KNOCKING me to the ground, as i lay there on my back the others in the swarm bite at my ears and face as mister Skull face  stands over me and just starts stabbing me, getting his revenge... his little cat plan was pretty clever, I was almost killed... he took the use of my left arm and my I almost bled to death but i was able to drag myself away and I didnt kill my rival, i let him walk away so we could fight again one day, I only needed to knock him out.

I had several cat and horse and even goose recruits attack me, so yeah, it happens.

Can't underestimate pets. They dominate battlefields, slaying Heroes and Demons alike.

Is any of this connected to the Animal Farm-like shenanigans where someone (whose character, when retired, was killed by a few dogs)  slaughtered an entire army in Adventure Mode, leading the game, instead of registering this as a defeat, to simply draft livestock?

I put banditry up to 50 and 100 percent, pow, animal armies.
