Does any one else play Unreal World? I was wondering if anyone knew how much rituals help tasks.

yes.  And I like Unreal World and C:DDA equally for different reasons.  Just wish DF's adventure mode was more survival/crafting focused like them.  Just gotta be patient...*fidgets and twitches*
