"hurricane 4 speaking.  not sure about the exact details, hurricane 2!  we should have a better idea once we're on the ground. 

in general, however, we're here to make sure the population escapes to safety through a gate, I think.  we should be prepared to assist the vet teams in ensuring that the evacuation happens in a timely and safe manner.  that may mean patrolling the area, searching any suspicious individuals for weapons and explosives, assuring the populace that they will be safe in their new home, and detaining any dangerous elements.

i recommend splitting up into two groups of three to increase the coverage of patrols, while someone who's good with piloting keeps an eye on the situation from the air, allowing for rapid evac or quick reinforcement between the two groups.

anyway, that's just a suggestion.  and perhaps splitting up is actually a terrible idea.  what do you guys think we should do?"

This is Hurricane 7 speaking. As far as I understand Steve said our job is to kill any one who looks like they are going to cause trouble. As to splitting up I frankly think that it is a stupid idea, as of right now. We have two other teams who have the same job as us; so splitting up is rendered just about pointless.

"We should set up a holding area in front of the gate, with concrete or rubble barricades, like a queue but with stronger walls to help contain any fight. Also blocks direct line-of-sight to the portal, so people don't stampede. And lets us stand on top of the barricades to keep an eye on everything. Not sure how we can keep them calm though."
