As the title says. It if means anything,I'm also using the Steam version of the game. I want to learn how to make certain specific animals available to the trading caravans of certain specific civilizations. Additionally,I want to do so in a way that doesn't mess with any mods I may or may not have installed that touches on trade and animals. I also know very little,if anything,about making mods. In as simplest terms possible,with as little jargon as possible,what,precisely,do I need to do in order to do what I want?

So the conclusion I'm getting here is that we use QSPs because dwarves can't pilot submarines.
